Cervix is high and SOFT during period..? - cervix soft and closed when period is due

Everything I read said, that the cervix be low, should be a close and long, but I is high, closed and smooth .. My times are in general much more difficult because of the bleeding disorder, and this time seems very slow, even if it comes from British Columbia harder for this month, so it should. It should start 2 days now it's too early. Any help would be very grateful! :) (Incidentally, I ovulate September 6th, my last period was 23 September when the help available)
